I work in a school, so quotes and purchasing are a constant fixture day to day. Roche always respond quickly with a decent price (plus they don't try to sell you something else) and the delivery is reliable and usually next day. A company we will continue to use!

We run ovarian cancer support groups and sessions and have recently moved to hybrid events. When we first tried, our online participants could not clearly hear or see the in-person participants so we ordered the owl. Since its arrival we have been impressed with how user-friendly it is and most of all, with how much it benefits our online and in-person attendees. The microphone and camera are very sensitive and the inbuilt speaker is great too. We are still tweaking how we use it (for example, realising that the hum of projector can draw the cameras focus, so we learnt to move the owl and projector as far apart as possible) but we already wouldn't be without it. It means we can run truly inclusive and safe support services and is therefore invaluable to our charity.

Excellent service! Polite, friendly, professional, able to answer all questions about the kit immediately with no prevarication nor hesitation, able to process an order quickly and efficiently and we had the kit delivered when they said it would be delivered. All in all, superb in every respect and well recommended.

We got 2 Meeting Owls. It works very nice. Interesting view perspective on the meetings. Really convenient when you have massive online meeting, where large meeting room is visible 360 degrees. Every single person can be seen on one screen. Nice reaction to the voice, when camera turns to you. Sound is very good, sometimes need to reduce the volume.

Always got what I need at competitive prices. If I had one criticism it would be I don't need everything next day - so if there were other postage options I'd be interested...

We ordered an Owl for our new Conference Room and it arrived quickly and safely. A few days later we were contacted to check that we had received our order and that we were happy with the product. Would use Roche AV again and would recommend to others.
