To be fair they were brilliant, the customer service and after sales care is top-notch and communication was thorough and throughout. I would highly recommend using them whether it be for small consumer level products to add to a current AV system or for specifying and building a complete professional AV system. They are currently tendering for us to build an state-of-the-art Active Learning Lab/Teaching Centre with full collaboration, mobile lecturing, room control and BYOD connectivity. All through the process they have been superb and we hope to continue working with them for a long time due to their "personal touch" philosophy.

I contacted this company for advice about smart boards. My 13 year old autistic son is obsessed with them and was desperate to have one of his own but at over £1000+ this was unrealistic!!! Roche AV were absolutely brilliant...they said that they would be happy to donate one of their older models to my son for free!! It came in a bag with a stand and even a bracket for the wall. So kind and helpful...what a fantastic company. Thank you...he loves it!!

I had never heard of this company until their leaflet arrived through the post. Our PTA had offered some funds for touchscreens for two classrooms. When I contacted them, the advertised discounted screens had been snapped up but they willingly provided two screens at the price advertised previously. We had to wait a little longer than we thought for delivery but the company kept me informed of progress. I would certainly use them again.
