Roche AV are a pleasure to do business with. Quotation requests are responded to promptly and orders fulfilled as quickly as possible. You have the name of the person you are dealing with so communication is personal and clear.

Good personal service, but unfortunately the website lets this company down. Often I have selected a product on someone's behalf based on those shown, only to be told once the order has been placed that is has been discontinued and no longer available. This then adds delays and cost implications my clients. Get this sorted and things will be a lot better....

Approached Roche for a quote on a projector we were looking to buy. Customer service was very pleasing and they offered to reserve a unit for us until we could buy (as well as offering at that time the most favorable pricing). We had used Roche many years ago and were happy back then too. Wouldn't hesitate to approach them for further AV related purchasing.

Roche have frequently delivered high quality installations for us at highly competitive prices. Their staff are very prompt at responding to requests, and are happy to procure multiple quotes for the same installation, so that as a company, we have options on what we choose to install. All sales are no pressure, and focus on providing the best information for us to make an informed decision. Furthermore, their installation staff (which for me was Michael and Cameron) were knowledgeable on the equipment that they installed, and were able to provide advice on product use. We've used Roche periodically for around 7 years, previously for large scale installations, and recently for last minute business requirements that they've delivered in good time. I'd recommend you speak to their excellent sales staff whether you need a standalone product, or a bigger project installation. I was able to speak to an account executive, Milly, both via e-mails that were responded to promptly, and via the phone when necessary. I'd recommend this company.
