worst company i have ever had the…

worst company i have ever had the misfortune to deal with, sent a product with missing parts, took three weeks to respond, in the interim purchased elsewhere, when they did respond told me not thier problem to get in touch with intex, totaly morons, now raised a calim on paypal as they want me to pay for a return postage, well splash and sttress you can sod off, hopefully paypal will eventually refund my money and i will sell this on a t a profit, complete morons

I am not relaxed.

I ordered a couple of pool cleaner items ( shock treatment etc) on 6th July. Aware of warning of delays I was not surprised that it took until 16th July to receive an email from parcelforce to advise they had received the parcel and would be attempting delivery to my address. To my consternation when I clicked on the tracking link the next day to see what time to expect it, there was a whole line of ' attempted delivery 8th July, note left for client to collect from post office, not collected, returned to sender". They weren't delivering to me as per the email with my address printed in it, they sent it back! I did not have a dispatch email prior to the 8th from splash and relax or from parcel force.( yes, checked spam folder) I did not have a knock on my door or a card through my door on the 8th. I emailed splash and relax with attachments, including the email advising of delivery sent to me on the 16th and a screenshot of the tracking. They appear to have completely ignored my email and attachments and have replied saying " yes, they tried to deliver, you didn't collect and they've sent it back. We are charging you £9.99 because of this." Um, no, they didn't. I am appalled at this customer service and will never order again. I should have read the reviews first. If I could give no stars, I would.

Received wrong parcel

Received wrong parcel. Just like others have written they will not answer phone or email. I ordered a pipe and received a cleaner that is selling for £12 cheaper than I’ve paid for.

CHARLATANS AND VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

i purchased a pool and steps. i couldn't get through on the phone due to COVID and the company was busy according to the answerphone. after my order i was contacted to say the steps were actually not in stock despite being able to order on the site. i was told i would be sent replacement steps within a few weeks, so no problem! the scheduled delivery date by tuffnells delivery came and only the chemicals (or rather some of) were delivered. the next day, still no pool and no update etc another few days passed and because neither splash and relax or the delivery company were answering their phones i drove to the nearest tuffnells depot and refused to leave until i had been given some info about the status of m order. i was promised to be called with an update by a manager at tuffnells and he did call me to say it had gone missing and recommended notifying the seller to dispatch another. a few more days passed and nothing, then the original package was found and sent out to me well over a week after the original delivery date but was still missing parts and the pool was damaged. i notified splash and relax but emails were ignored. i had to make a PayPal claim to get money back for the items not delivered (including the steps which were never dispatched by the company). the company also suggested that i should contact the pool manufacturer to buy replacement parts since some were damaged in delivery and have refused to reply to any subsequent email that i have sent. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE CHARLATANS...

* AVOID LIKE COVID! *

Brought a pool light in April which was the wrong size. I returned it and it was signed for 7th July. After 10 emails being fobbed off with "the warehouse are busy working through returns"... I'm still yet to receive my money. AVOID at all costs!

purchased a paddling pool for my son it's running a leak in the seams I contacted them after two weeks they came to the conclusion that they're not going to do anything about it Thay asked me to send pictures of the leak how can you send pictures of a lake when it's in the seams and you cannot find it I have to bin it to stop my son asking to play

If I could give 0 stars I could. I ordered a solar pool cover on the 7th May. Like many other stories here, they claimed it to be "In Stock" but that clearly wasn't the case. Initial emails were answered claiming that it was coming from the manufacturer and even shipped. But after more than 6 weeks and them failing to respond to further enquiries (ignoring emails) I gave up and lodged a complaint with Paypal. Not surprisingly, soon after the Paypal dispute was lodged they refunded.... This company is purely a scam outfit and shouldn't be trading. Do not use them and take your business elsewhere.
