My experience was pleasant. It was an ALL engaging moment. Our tutors knew us by name. They ensured we were following the training. Despite being introduced to an entirely new concept, Listening to the Recorded Weekly Class Trainings over and over again, aided my understanding. I never knew how much i had improved until after our presentation. The program is unique.

Advance Careers Project Management Training The reason I came to train with Advance Careers is to learn the foundation basics of Project Management and understand how to become an outstanding creative Project Management that will stand out from the crowd and be confident enough to start to apply for project management roles within the IT sector. As I did not believe that I had the capability to become a project manager. I joined the training on the 16 June after seeing Advance Careers advert on Facebook. A little sceptical I joined one of the webinars and was encouraged by watching the number of past students obtain high paying prestigious jobs with renowned organisations and companies. David did warn students that if you are lazy and do not want to work hard the training is not for you. I enrolled on the course and the training was very interactive and detailed. At school the teachers never cared to ask me questions or if I understood I was always at the back of the class! It all changed when I was learning at Advance Careers. The trainers Michael, Tosin, Paul, and Ola made sure that I understood and encouraged me to ask questions, which helped my confidence. After the lectures there would be practical assignments which I would work on together with a number of fellow students. We brainstormed, debated and learned from our instructors to use software tools, such as Project libre, Risk & Issue logs, project charter, Stake holder register and staus report to name a few and upload the documents onto Jira. At the end of the training all students present their tasks at the end of the 6 weeks training which flew by so fast. And the tasks were evaluated before we could proceed onto the next stage the practical work experience and hence my next stage of the journey awaits, which is the practical work experience. The course is value for money and the trainers are highly educated knowledgeable practitioners within project management and business analysts. They are passionate about training and are always ensuring we understand the classes. I will miss the trainers and class as we move forward to the practical assignment. I feel empowered to work as a project manager now and confident to test the waters to apply for work in future as a Project Manager. I would recommend Advance Careers to anyone who would like to become an efficient and practical project manager. I will definitely be learning a new skill with Advance Careers once I complete my internship. The experience with Advance Career UK was indeed splendid. The package was equipped with practical workshop, hand on support, and great mentorship. The method of teaching in Advanced Career is outstanding. While emphasis is placed on theory, more emphasis is placed on practical and hands on experience of the theories taught.
