Worst company EVER!! My tax preparer couldn't even speak English well enough for me to understand even a basic conversation. He didn't listen and didn't care when I tried to explain my concerns (maybe he didn't understand me either) and didn't properly apply deductions. I canceled my extended service within the 30 day time period but they charged me 10% FOR NOTHING! When I asked what they did to deserve $520. he said they assigned people to my account, even though I hadn't spoken to one of them. Please be very careful. I feel like my return was simply a cookie cutter/boiler plate, they plug in numbers and don't look at it or ask questions for clarification. They just don't care! I lost my original payment of $3859 and now 10% of the extended service is $520. In all, this lesson cost me $4,379 and I have nothing to show for it. NOTHING!!
