Avoid 1800accountant - Terrible Service and Poor Support I had a very disappointing experience with 1800accountant. I was charged nearly $3000 for a yearly subscription, and the service has been far from what was promised. In the first 30 days, they seemed to make sure I was happy, but after that, it’s been a nightmare. Once the initial period ended, I struggled to get any answers to my questions or any responses to messages. They archive your messages without providing any real answers, and they close cases without following up. No matter how many times I reached out, I received no phone calls or replies—completely ignoring customer support requests. The 30-day trial refund guarantee is essentially useless, as after those initial 30 days, you’ll be completely ignored. I strongly recommend staying away from this service if you value your time and money. It's been an extremely frustrating experience, and I regret ever signing up. Terrible service, no support, and no accountability. Stay away!
