Edit: Awful! Buyer beware. They said if I canceled within 30 days I would get a full refund. I started out excited about the process, but it quickly turned chaotic. When I sent emails asking for help I didn’t get any response. Day 23 I asked for a “full refund”. They kept $692 (10%). The sales person didn’t mention this but I now understand that I agreed to it in the fine print. I received no services but I did put in many, many hours trying to make this work.
