The service I received was excellent the product I've received is very good my own fault I didn't read the description properly so unfortunately I ended up up with a torch that really isn't fit for purpose for what I require so I will be obviously reading the description better the next time I'm I reorder a new torch .

Bought to replace a missing charge lead. it does its job in charging the torch but the indicators are not as advertised, the LED does light blue but it is supposed to light and flash red when charging changing to green when done, this does not happen

My P7 Led Lenser torch was many years out of warranty but the switch became faulty. Contacted Led Lenser to request the cost of a replacement battery housing switch. They replied almost immediately offering to send me a replacement part free of charge if i sent my address details. The part arrived shortly after. Fantastic generous service for a great product

Bought many "Led Lenser" products over the years, and I'm happy! But!!! They will need to pay attention to customers that continually complain about prices, there are other's making great leaps in product development and there a great deal cheaper.

its not as bright as I thought it was going to be

I bought the led lenzer confident I s getting a good, well built product, which the torch itself was, especially the removable battery, very to keep a spare charged cell for those longer shifts. I was however very disappointed with the bespoke magnetic charging cable, it struggled to stay in place, coming away with the slightest of knocks, but more importantly what was wrong with the micro usb on my last led lenzer headtorch? Easily available and more secure. It reminds of the apple school of marketing... You can only buy you spares from us
