I have only had the head torch for a week but i am really impressed with it so far. I use it for early morning dog walks in a park and it can light up from one side to the other. The adjustments are so easy to use plus it is comfortable to wear, really glad i chose this model. I bought from the Ledlenser store and the delivery was quick. So happy with it and 7 year warranty plus got a free torch as well, quality items.

Had a Led Lenser P7 torch that was about 6 - 7 years old and the switch went faulty. I contacted LED Lenser and asked about the cost of a replacement battery housing/switch. They replied within 1 working day and offered to send a replacement battery compartment, free of charge despite me not having my original receipt. I sent them my details and the new part arrived within the week and works perfectly. LED Lenser products are of high quality and their customer service is fantastic, I only wish every company did business like LED Lenser, would recommend them to anyone, well done

Fantastic well built torches. I purchased a P7.2, 6 years and 11 months ago. I just found the internal battery compartment has snapped. Sent an email to Led Lenser, who send out a free replacement part. All fixed and no issues using the 7 year warranty, even so close to it's end.

I bought headlamp for walking. It is great gives me a real sense of security, provides a clear path in front of me, easy to wear. Just the ticket for my evening walks and even better it is rechargeable, a good price and very fast delivery. Well satisfied with my purchase.

The product is good and their customer support is fantastic. I do recommend 100% to buy products from this company. I bought Ledlenser Rechargeable Headlamp two years ago for my ultra marathon. As the last year's ultra marathon was postponed to this year, I did not use it for over 1 year. When I tested it one week before the race, it did not switch on. I contacted the customer support and she was very helpful but I was told to contact their technical support by email. They came back very quickly (within 1 hour) after I sent my email. After giving enough information about the product, I was offered to have a new one to replace one I have as long as I sent the evidence I return the product by email. They said normally they would not send a replacement until they receive the faulty product but they are willing to accommodate me this time because my race was on within a week. At the end, the switch was just stiff so it started to work when I tried one last time before sending it out thankfully. I therefore did not need to have a replacement. They were efficient and understanding the runner's needs. The whole experience was the best I could imagine a company could possibly provide.

As a female photographer who is out a lot shooting the nightscape independently, lighting the way is important. I was super excited to get my hands on aP6R-QC CORE Rechargeable LED Torch. This little beast is an awesome bit of kit; the colours are stunning and useful turn the dial to change colour. I used the red light for my walk to the Beachy head lighthouse at 3.30 am. It was so easy on my eyes I wondered why id did not do this before, saying that ledlenser makes it so easy to change from red/green/blue/white with a simple twist, so it's easy to get creative without needing Gels on flashes ... the only problem was is that I lost the torch on my first big trip. So need a new one already. so the review is short. I edited it as I wrote it, half asleep.
