Not very happy with this download
Not very happy with this download. The formats for download aren’t in proper form/ document type. Copy/paste was needed. Also instructions on the audit are very vague.

QM template I purchased the numbering (sections) are not the same as the ISO 9001 standard.. Few sections are not inlign with the ISO clauses. Some examples on Section 5.2 Roles, Responsibilities & Authorities but ISO 9001 Standard 5.2 is Policy. And, 5.2 on QM template but ISO 9001 standard is Organization roles, responsibilities and authorities. Overall, the template is good.
