The IMS Audit listing of questions were a great mix of QES questions and I was able to align the questions to the right departments of the group, especially Top Management. Thank you for this great help and support.

These templates are poor, there are inconsistencies between content from the 2008 version and the current 2015 version with terminology and processes. SOPs and Forms are not aligned or consistent. The base expectation that these should be able to ready to use as is has not been met. Also found that content for one whole guideline was taken word-for-word from another copyrighted source, no attribution to original author (contacted) - who was not aware the content was being used. Be aware the same content is also being sold on another UK-based ISO9001 website.
