Found contents extremely useful in assisting us to write an EMS manual for our company.

I was looking for a better form for our audits, and this suits very well. It's neatly formatted with relevant audit questions. However, I would have given 5 stars if the questions were open-ended, i.e. "HOW does your organization..?" instead of "Does your organization...?" :) Obviously, an Auditor cannot accept just Yes/No answers, so, IMO the questions should be asking for the evidence or records directly.

Simple and easy to adapt

I purchased the Internal Audit Checklist document on 7th January. I got 2 emails from you. One was an Invoice and one was a receipt. Neither contained a downloads link for the document. I rang the contact number at least 7 times that day, but it was unobtainable. I sent 2 emails to the contact email and got no reply. On the 2nd email I set tracking and a read receipt. The email was delivered successfully, but up to today, no-one has read it. There is an 0845 support number which I then rang and spoke to an operator. They understood my issues, and told me that they would need to pass me to another team to resolve the issue. They told me that no-one was answering, but that someone would return my call soon. I asked how soon, but they just replied "not very long". I have had no further communication from them and I suspect the 0845 support line is contracted to the company and not part of it. I have tried to call many times since and still the phone number is unobtainable.

My request to include the following or you can charge separately: 1) Listing of country-wise legal requirement - This really helps 2) Listing Hazards identification (situation based) and its actions (keeping in view of Mechanical Machining & assembly industry) 3) Listing Aspects identification and its impact + actions (keeping in view of Mechanical Machining & assembly industry). 4) Listing of all "emergency situations" and its action If the above is already available and I missed, please share the link I will download immediately.
