Brilliant experience with Stronger Wellness! I ordered a Bodypump bar/weights late Weds evening, and delivery was made Friday morning. Exceptional customer service, lovely notifications which will put a smile on your face :) I am super pleased with the quality of the bodypump bar - which has a foam covering in the middle part. This makes the bar so comfortable to handle. Would def purchase from this company again, and happily recommend!

Initially I did not receive feedback as to how long my goods would take to arrive but everything else was a great experience and goods of a good quality.

Happy to see some equipment online that looked great, fast enough delivery in these times. But one of the 5kg discs had had the previous branding removed (krypton by the looks of it) and it had left bad discolouration and you could still see it very clearly. Wouldn’t have bothered me as much but they were the most expensive option and felt very second hand.

Ordered from stronger wellness as everywhere was sold out of gym equipment. A gem of a website. I had some delivery issues with my order because of brexit implications here in Northern Ireland. Customer service was great, they were so helpful. The equipment is great quality. Couldn’t recommend this company enough!

Excellent Customer Service, prompt and efficient; very impressive considering lockdown restrictions. All the staff I've communicated with, either on the phone or via email have been brilliant, from purchase to delivery in particular Steve, Faye and Elena who assisted me at various times. My brand new fantastic Stages SC1 spin bike, fully assembled was carefully unloaded by Brian and placed at a location of my choosing in my home. I could not have asked for better service, thank you. Highly Recommended.
