The order was acknowledged by StrongerWellness at 10:05, and I emailed at 10:27 asking to cancel the order, the following day I sent a copy of my cancellation request to their help email address. StrongerWellness did not acknowledge the two requests to cancel before shipping, and I have received a 28mm diameter bar with weights for a 30mm bar. StrongerWellness subsequently contacted me, the bar and weights collected and the funds have been refunded. StrongerWellness also investigated with their IT team why the first emails cancelling the order were not actioned and are resolving the issue.
