Rubbish customer service

Several months ago I brought tickets to see jack Savoretti and Newmarket race course in August. Like many things event was cancelled and racing breaks did not send any correspondence to inform me and despite 3 maybe 4 emails requesting a refund what have I had... absolutely nothing not even an acknowledgment of my any of emails. Disgusting service and I would suggest if you you don’t want to run the risk of losing money not to buy anything from this company.

Just booked the L'Arc de Triomphe

Just booked the L'Arc de Triomphe, can't wait to come over from Perth for it. Used Racingbreaks in 2019 for the Palio de Siena and it was unbelievable. It was one of the best experiences I've had and I fully expect them to live up to the high standards they set for that trip. Roll on 2021!!!!

A lot of anger on here from people who have unrealistic expectations in this current climate it seems. I run a tarmac company based in Dublin and I can tell you for certain that running a business and pleasing all customers in these unprecedented times are tough and people need to have patience. I can vouch for Racing Breaks myself, I have used Racing Breaks for 3 years bringing my nephew and his 2 friends to the VIP bar staying in Stratford Manor for the 5 nights. We’ve been treated with care, consideration, and it’s always highly organised with coach transfers on time there and back and attention to detail is highly valued. I have just put down a deposit for Cheltenham 2021 as with the vaccine news I’m taking a chance. I spoke to Oli who has given me confidence to book and if the Fez isn’t on, we will roll it to 2022. Ignore the bad reviews and book with confidence. Remember HELP OUT BUSINESSES in these times as no one can be blamed for what’s happened!!!! Jonjo

Good afternoon, I am a customer of 4 years with Racing Breaks (been using them since their first year trading). I have only outstanding things to say about this company. I have struck up a relationship with the sales executive, Tom, who is a real credit to the company. He is a real racing enthusiast like myself. Me and my wife Janet go to various events over the year including the Arc de Triomphe every single year. Last year (2019) we went with Racing Breaks for this event and had a great time. The drinks evening was superb and we got to have a chat with Frankie, Mike Cattermole (Gentleman) and Lee Mottershead. It was an all you can drink too, Janet certainly enjoyed the G and T's! I have used Racing Breaks to book Royal Ascot and Goodwood 2021, hopefully rhey are still on, and would have no hesitation in recommendations them to anyone else. Being part of the ROA, we have already done just that anyway. I am looking forward to what hopefully should be a great 2021 and thank you Tom for your expertise, recommendations and good humour on the phone and I wish everyone in the company the very best for next year.
