I have not received my refund from March I have been trying to contact for several months with no communication from customer service? Very poor customer service. You cannot get through on phone and you do not reply to emails or call back! Beware of this company.

Hi Booked for VIP Bar in March and Oliver asked if can do a trust pilot review to help the company in this dire times. All I can say is that I have had nothing but positive things to say about racing breaks. Always happy to help and always give me free upgrades without asking over the 3 years I’ve used them. Got to know the people who work for the company and all are very nice and attentive, they are all human beings and thst shouldn’t be forgot who are just trying to do their best for everyone in difficult times. I have booked for VIP Bar again this year however not sure if it will be on, however have given me plenty of cancellation options and considering I go to cheltenham every year, I will be more than happy to move over if needed. Let’s just hope we can hear the roar in March Hope this is ok Cheers Neil

A night to remember...

Thank you so much for the wonderful time. My family and I had a night to remember. The staff were always polite and attentive and they created a fantastic atmosphere from start to finish.
