If I could give no stars I would, I booked for the Prix de L’arc de Triomphe for my husband’s 60th birthday present for October 2020 and paid £260 deposit, I have tried to ring on numerous occasions and it’s a voicemail and they don’t get back to you. I have emailed numerous times and not heard back since September 2020, avoid at all costs, Frankie Dettori why are you associated with this shambles?? I am now going down the section 75 route with my credit card company, offering to change the date is not an option! Awful customer service

Recently booked ascot and decided that for health reasons I was unsure of attending this year. Even though I suspect things might be different by the Summer, I contacted Racing Breaks and they very easily moved my booking to the York Festival later in the summer so I feel more comfortable. Thanks

Royal Ascot REFUND wanted not tickets to 2021 event.

Our daughter bought us Royal Ascot tickets via Racing Breaks, for June 2020, obviously it was cancelled. They offered a refund (£550 she paid), she said yes but they went and booked us on June 2021, inwhich we didnt agree to and said we couldn't go. Since September, we have emailed them about numerous emails, have rung but no one there. We have tried to contact them via FB, Instagram, contacted Martin Lewis and Twitter but with no success. We literally can't get in touch with them. I get times are difficult for everyone, but it is unacceptable that 1) they decided to book us on 2021... and 2) no-one has responded back to us. We are not able to attend June 2021 end of and if needs be we will have no alternative but to take this to a small claims court. Thankyou Debbie Nolan
