Was coming from the States for L'Arc de Triomphe in October but due to the fact that the States is not in a good way with Corona I've decided to move to 2021 and Racing Breaks also said if i wanted to change it and do another event like Royal Ascot then I could swap it for that as well. 100% going to book something else in 2021 when we're allowed to fly to Europe again

I have finally received my refund from an event in July, however I only received this after posting negative reviews on here and Twitter, the company contacted me very swiftly after posting these, they then blackmailed me by requesting I remove these posts before I got my refund. I had also contacted Trading Standards and my bank for a refund. I am sure they will have this taken down but hopefully people will have read it before then so hope it helps

Been 3 times with Racing breaks and although this year's Ascot was cancelled it was so simple to move the booking and there's zero risk of losing my money as I can always use it for another event
Booked four tickets for Tom Jones concert
Booked four tickets for Tom Jones at Haydock Park for March. The show was cancelled due to the pandemic, had an email from R B , saying we could have tickets for the concert in 2021, or a credit note + 10%, as our friends had a pre booked wedding, we requested a refund. This went on for four months, I sent numerous emails and made many phone calls, never getting a reply. Finally I spoke to a advisor from consumer services, I sent a recorded delivery letter Friday and had a reply on Monday, my money was returned on Thursday. I will be booking to go to the concert at Haydock Park next year, but I will book direct through Haydock Park, it will be the same price and cut out the middle man that messed me about over four months.
Arc trip moved
I had a booking for this year's Arc de Triomphe but due to Covid-19 decided I could not go. The team at Racing Breaks were able to move my booking to next year for no extra cost and can pay my final balance next year too. It was very simple to do and can look forward to next year now.

I have been contacting Racing Breaks since March to get a full refund on our tickets for Tom Jones at Newmarket and like everyone else on here - no refund. I have left messages on your phone, emailed you constantly and left Facebook messages. I do not want a credit, I was a full refund please! What do we all need to do to get our money back? This is disgraceful.

Damn good service. Booked to fly from the States to Ascot and had to move it to next year, moved my deposit and kept the same price which is great as I bet all the hotels and racecourses will be way more expensive next year to make back all the money they lost

After posting my last review I was contacted by racing breaks to give them additional information Since I have give them the information they have been in touch with trust pilot to take down my review saying that I am not a valid customer when I have proof I have purchased tickets for the Grand National through racing breaks I have proof from the jockey club That I have bought these tickets through racing breaks they’re just trying to discredit me So they don’t have to give a refund these are an absolute joke using covid 19 as an excuse not to give refunds they won’t even answer any emails or phone calls
