I have tried contacting several times requesting a refund for my tickets bought for Epsom Races, and no one has got back to me. Epsom racecourse have cancelled this even due to COVID-19 and have offered all customers their money back. Except those who bought through racing breaks!! This company would have got the money back from Epsom and therefore should be sending it back to the customers for be unable to provide the service that was purchased. However, after reading this review it looks as though they aren’t giving refunds! This is consumer rights!! My hen at Epsom has been cancelled, my wedding day has been cancelled. Just cut me a break and refund me!!!!

Sigala at aintree was cancelled due to Covid.i am still waiting for my refund and reply to the many emails I have sent I have been in touch with aintree who have given racingbreaks the money back as racingbreaks are an agent I have to try an get it back off them .if they ever answer the phone or reply to an email letting me know when I will get my refund I would be grateful
