Sent a damaged product and won't respond to help requests

I purchased a pole and had issues setting it up because of damage. I have been trying to reach support for a month with nothing but automated responses that someone will eventually get back to me. Horrible customer experience.

I ordered the A frame and hoop and have found the equipment to be of a high quality on a recommendation. I did have to contact customer suppport about my order as there was an issue which was dealth with immediatley. I also had to cntact tech support and found the service to be brilliant......Special shout out to Spencer who was fantastic and was able to solve my problem. I would thoroughly recommend this comapny to others.

Awful company

Awful company. They sell performers trash products that are faulty and then act clueless when you ask for technical support. Waste of money, trash product

Pole damaged my ceiling

Pole damaged my ceiling. It still damages the plaster even if you put it on a joist.

Wonderful Customer Service!!!

Carolina was an absolute star! She helped me with an order hiccup and went above and beyond to get everything sorted out! She was patient throughout the whole process and was just a joy to talk to!

I have been a xpole customer since…

I have been a xpole customer since 2010. There customer service is second to none! Always had a response within a couple of hours, always happy to answer any questions with informative answers. Even for pre 2014 poles replacement parts have always been identified and sent quickly. Even when bought second hand they still will help with any issues at all !!Any issues over the years again always resolved very quickly and politely . I can't rate the customer service and their poles enough !! I have multiple poles from them but still currently use my pole i got in 2010!! It's used pretty much every single day! For the price of the pole I think that's fantastic value .

Carolina helped me out a lot! I had some issues with a return but she made sure to take care of me. She was really nice and efficient.

Poor customer service

Be prepared to work out any issues on your own. I spoke with them over a month ago about an issue that they know occurs with x stages but they didn't know how to deal with it. (Which is pretty bad in and of itself.) Then they said they'd look into it. I never heard anything. I chased them two weeks ago and still nothing. If I was buying again, I'd buy a stage from another retailer.
