No review did not receive my order paid for delivery to my home was delivered to a DPD address I went to pick parcel up I think it been sent back to yourselves not sure could you please help

I purchased 2 pairs of trainers for my twins' 18th birthday. The quality of them is amazing and they were beautifully packaged! Unfortunately one of the trainers had a stain on the front of them and after speaking to customer services they sent me a new pair within a couple of days. Great customer service, cannot fault them!! Will definitely purchase from Lavair again.
