Very helpful and if you use the monthly subscription rather than using pay as you go consultations it becomes very affordable. I had some issues uploading documents and Hazel on the telephone could not have been more helpful and respectful. Really good solid dispensary that seems to keep up with the latest laws and medical classifications

I believe that for what they offer the money is worth it. All the nurses and consultants I have spoken too over the last 5-6 months have been so helpful and we have created a plan that works for me. They do have some issue with supply but this is country wide and will alway help you find the best alternatives until you're medication is back in. The only improvement I would suggest is to have a online feature that would allow me to make an appointment with a consultant I have seen before as although they have my records I still have to explain some of my conditions multiple times and we would have an easier flow of care with someone who already knew the ins and outs of my issues, especially when trying to find an alternative medication to use.
