Was giving 1* at 1st now giving 4*, good service

Deffo 1 star, Absolute time wasters, says one thing does another thing, prescribes medication, then cancels it, charges money, then books another appointment to waste your time and then cancel your prescription again, I needed THC oil for PTSD. I will give you reason tomorrow they they are not prescribing 50% THC oil, once they come back to me, previously they said it is because I may drink alcohol with an oil but the only reason I started drinking alcohol is because they prescribed weak ass 20% THC oil and I ran out of it quickly, they are making assumptions that I will drink alcohol therefore we will not prescribe you oil? When the only reason I'm drinking is that I don't have oil to relief my symptoms? Also calling police on you instead if sticking to their word and doing that they should. Huge love your your service <3333333333333333333333 If you need week for reactional purposes, like just flower to smoke I think you will be fine tho but if you got severe or PTSD or cancer, Would rather use another clinic. Considering go full sober now and look for internal practises to calm me down such as meditation, exercise and somatic body work to regulate my nervous system. Edit - 21.09.2024 Ok, I got finally got prescribed what I needed so giving 4* stars now, obviously would give 5* stars but because of unnecessary fuss and making assumptions giving 4*.

Excellent care

They've been brilliant so far. Answered all my queries and have been there any time I've needed to discuss anything. Happy with quality of medication however choice seems to be limited. Always friendly and helpful.

Would definitely recommend.

Don't know if it's more expensive than other companies, I have heard it is, but even if it is I wouldn't change anytime soon. Everyone is friendly and helpful and the information on the website is great and makes it really accessible. The monthly subscription makes it super simple to factor into my budget and hassel free. Ordering the prescription is simple, I did have an issue the second time I tried to order because it wasn't showing on the system in full, but I messaged them and they sorted with no fuss and I just ordered it the next day.

extremely happy although few problems..

Had a few problems at the start but releaf we're very helpful and sorted things out very quickly. Changing strains is not really a problem although the doctor will urge you to have what they recommend. But if you just explain why you want to change then this shouldn't be an issue. I think it makes perfect sense experimenting with different strains. I think I've found the one for me now. I have 10g of a indica leaning hybrid and 10g of a sativa leaning hybrid. That does me for the month but if you find yourself short towards the end of the month they can up the dose. Be honest with the doctor, otherwise you won't get the best out of what you need it for. All in all great service. One last thing, I must say the glassphrama cannibis is very high quality "imo" so try go for that brand if possible. Sometimes they won't have that in stock but the other brands have also been good. I just think the glasspharma is the best I've had. Very very nice flower. Don't take to much notice of the thc % I've had high thc around 21% and the latest one I have is 18% and this is actually better than the other one. Just listen to the doctors, they know what they are talking about. Thanks and I hope this helps anyone.

*Updated* After posting this review, I received a call from a Leah who was very understanding and empathetic to my starting journey. She has stated this is not the way they like to be known, and I very much respect anyone that holds their hands out and state they got it wrong Things have been amended, and this has won me over on customer service. But I will retain from full stars for now until I experience more and can give a fairer review after more experience. *initial review* I am left unimpressed with Realeaf! And taking the time to warn you all of not using this service and look elsewhere. My wife had recommended this from finding out about it at work as I have been searching for help with issues with panic disorder. Having looked into it, I found the costs very high. A consultation was 100 pounds. Which is just too much for today's ecomnic problems. However, I was pleased to see a discount code qas offered reducing this to 50 pounds, which is actually a healthy discount. I bookedd my consultation and was pre advised me that this would be a video consultation. Of which I had, although by a doctor driving around in his car. And was not usingbthe video himself. It is very unprofessional and made me wonder what on earth I am paying for after this. However I kept with it. After being told it would take up to a day for a 'board' to approve my case, I was approved with in 30 minutes of the call. I went to check out the presciption, but couldn't because there was an issue with card payment. A fault on their website and not my financials. I was advised to try another web browser, the product was then out of stock. The price of service as well compared to other services out there is just too high. I feel like the carrot and stick syndrome. The cure is there possibly in sight, and yet I feel to have it will cost a fortune and not get the service I am being asked to pay as a premium. My experience is real and not something I take my time to just moan about. This is poor when there are cheaper and more reliable services that are there to explore. Continue at your own cost.
