Amber dealt with my query pleasantly and professionally and contacted the pharmacy and provided me with good communication. As a result, she confirmed my prescription was at the pharmacy and that they would dispatch for delivery today, for me to receive next day. Amber is an asset to Releaf.

Efficient response and action very quickly

The people I have spoken to have been so helpful and so kind and got my issue resolved within a second not that there was an issue. I just didn’t know what I was doing and they helped me through it all the way.

Very disappointed. The initial consultation was great issued a prescription but then removed as needed to see the psychiatrist due to 1 older brother out 4 other siblings having developed schizophrenia after a traumatic head injury. Yes there is a risk when using medical canabis but this an extremely small risk and when no other member of a very large family has been affected by any kind of pyschois this should be taken into consideration. No ability to ask for a second opinion. I fully understand the risk as I was also prescribed an a stimulate for my adhd which carries the same level of risk. Which I took for 4 years and have never had an issue. Sadly one family memeber with a history of a truamtic head Injury who was hospitalised once in the early 1990's and I as I stated was removed from all their anti psychotics In the 6 years before they died of a blood clot should not be a reason to refuse some one a legitimate treatment with no right to seek a futher opinion. Please refund my consultant payment and cancel membership if not already done. They also terminate your account with zero notice so you are not able to download their reports. My account was terminated within 30 minutes of the consultation. This is not a way to treat people. I was asked to provide more information. The refund is now pending. Still a poor experience even the consultant review I did manage to see said there was no concerns about myself having or had psychosis. This was down to a very tiny risk. The risk is made even smaller given I am turning 40 in may and schizophrenia tends to present in almost all cases in the early 20's. To be told eligible then to be denied based on some one else's medical history is not ok. Was told they couldn't get more information as it was my brother who had been diagnosed not myself. Which is correct it was. Was told to try other clinics they may be less strict.

Absolutely life changing service. Without releaf I'd not be able to go out and always be in pain. It hasn't taken the pain away totally but brought it to a manageable level.

Really helpful, informative staff. The live chat especially provides a great service - would have been 5 stars however the contact form I sent originally went unanswered hence my need to use the live chat.
