Since writing my original review I was contacted by Leah and she has apologised that it wasn’t clearer from the start what was and wasn’t included and has arranged for a starter kit to be sent out to me. I cannot complain about the customer service I received from her which has totally changed my views regarding Releaf, I hope the rest of my experiences going forward are as positive. Original review: From the consultation and ordering and paying for my prescription, which cost more than advertised, there was no update about what happened next and how long till I received my prescription. When I did receive my prescription, it was all I did receive, there was no starter kit included which I was led to believe would come with the first order so although I actually received my prescription I didn’t receive anything to be able to use it. Not very happy. Especially if I am now expected to buy all the other components required to use the prescription! This has turned out to be a very expensive experience.

Very helpful to have this clinic available however stock often is out by the time I am able to request my repeat prescription so have to wait sometimes days to get sorted with a replacement. Would be helpful to have some similar strains available already to order when others are out of stock so that you’re not forced to email back and forth to complete your order and don’t end up going days without medication.

Releaf is a brilliant company and I cannot praise the service I have had from them highly enough. The help line is very responsive and staffed by very competent and pleasant people who will provide you with the answers you need as quickly as possible. Releaf keep you informed every step of the way on your journey.

Fantastic experience. The initial response and ongoing service I have received from Releaf has been incredible. I read about them in The Guardian, and my partner told me about how they had had a representative on Good Morning Britain. This seemed to be as legitimate as I would find, and I enquired on their site. I had a fast reply saying I definitely was eligible and they could book me in an earlier slot. Due to personal delays I had to reschedule, and Releaf kindly provided me with a 50% off voucher, which was highly appreciated. My first consultation was very professional and a starter package arrived shortly after, with the medication itself arriving via special delivery immediately afterwards. The relief of having a medical prescription and the easing of symptoms which the medication provides is amazing. There are a number of other clinics around with differing options available, but it all depends on what works best for you. I found the monthly subscription to handle consultation fees to be helpful, although on top of the medication itself this can get very expensive. That is something to bear in mind, regardless of which clinic you go to. I would highly recommend Releaf.

My experience with Releaf has been excellent so far (3 repeat prescriptions in). Every consultant I've spoken to has been very friendly and open. The first prescription took a few weeks to arrive which I expected given the regulations and need to verify before dispensing, but the repeat prescriptions were a lot quicker. Went for the plus membership so I can book a consultation at any point additional to the required consultations. Very happy with the service and products.

Relief has helped me get my life back on track. I suffer from alot of different conditions that trigger alot flare ups leaving me in chronic pain nearly everyday and I am extremely sensitive to any medication given. Using both oil and flower has helped keep my pain to a level where I can manage my daily life, especially when when the pain is at its highest. I cannot praise the releaf team enough! From day 1, they have been very polite and very helpful and the support is amazing. There is nothing better than great customer service! I am extremely happy with my journey so far. The team at relief have been excellent from the initial consultation and now I've also had a few follow up consultations to fine tune my prescription. Every interaction I've had from the medical team through to patient support has been great. They have been so easy to work and incredibly understanding and supportive. I'm so glad I made that initial decision to reach out. And if you're like me and have tried nearly every other medication under the sun and it's not truly helping, have a chat with relief to see if they can help. My experience has been good, very fluid process that didn't take too. I'm now 2 weeks in with my prescription and so far so good. Great products that have made a positive difference to my wellbeing.
