to be honest it was rather expensive at the start but its now very affordable

I loved this program until it just stopped letting me create new cover letters and my acct is active! I tried calling the ph # and it says it is: NO LONGER IN SERVICE, so I tried live chat (1st) and they said they were busy they'd get back to me!...I am UNIMPRESSED with this customer service, they have my money now and i have no service or product! I called after realizing my payment would not be there at the end o my trial period in 'Cover-Letter-Now' ended. Customer service was informative and convinced me to stay, with help for finding a job. My only concern was, the due date did not change for my upcoming nominal fee. Perhaps I could have gotten a different due date, had I thought to ask. I had to cancel anyway, to avoid a 'bounced check'. The site is good. I will sign up again, while on my job search.
