UPDATE 16/01 They have since got back to me after writing this review and sorted out my problem swiftly. they stated it was due to holiday season? Honestly the refund / exchange comments you see on here are all legit i thought id take my chances but they've had my returned package for over 3 weeks now and i've still not heard anything. They did great getting it delivered but i would highly stay away from this company if you dont want the hassle of chasing them for a refund its not worth the extra 20/30 quid u save from them...

Sadly still waiting on refund from item returned before Xmas. Have emailed on 3 occasions with evidence of return and received no response. I understand if there is a delay due to the holidays but emails have been ignored. Really disappointing customer service. Update - It has taken just over 3 weeks from receipt of the returned items to the Military.EU depot to receiving the refund.
