We booked A1 removal about 3 plus months ago and had to keep moving dates for some reason. Jon moved our dates as per request. On the day he came with two other guys , very pleasant and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Moved us within the time frame smoothly. He sent me the plan two days ago and executed the plan accordingly. I will try not to move ! But if I do it then I will be using them again. And btw he was cheapest among all the quotes I had. Thank you very much Jon !!!

Jon and his team did a great job moving our house contents. They arrived promptly and drove directly without delay to our new house. Everything was packed carefully in the lorries and mattresses were put in bags and furniture and pictures wrapped in blankets. After a long drive they worked hard to unload all our possessions. Jon was extremely polite and professional at all times. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Everyone was really pleasant and helpful. Initial information given was accurate and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble...my garden bits. A1 Removals have been courteous, kind and efficient. The move was delayed by some months and the furniture was in storage-well cared for by Jon and his team. The move "in" was at very short notice-actually on a bank holiday! Jon and his team gave excellent service. Thank you very much.

Promised a lot, but on the day, it seemed as though the team just wanted to get home as soon as possible. Multiple items suffered scratches and light damage, and the day before the move, in their hurry to get away they packed EVERYTHING, incuding our airbeds and dog's bed- against our request, so we had nowhere to sleep on the night before we left. When we arrived at the new house, everything had been dumped into the rooms with no thought, so long after A1 were on their merry way home, we had to work until 10 o'clock at night just re-stacking boxes so that we could access our rooms. Special mention to the one guy who seems to have decided to go on a mission to have the smelliest dump in the toilets of both the old and new properties. TL: DR for anyone who didn't want to read a wall of text. Jon has tried to have this honest review removed several times since it was first published. He has accused his competitors and says this was the work of scammers, and has left numerous rude and angry replies which he will then edit as he sees fit. Once the review was proved as genuine, he has abused Trustpilot's privacy rules, just to try to have this review taken down. This is obsessive, unhealthy behaviour, and hopefully will act as a warning to anyone who is considering using his company (A1 Removals, Kings Lynn). It seems that Jon does not react well to criticism, and is prepared to go to extraordinary lengths to harass and bully those that have any complaints. I have reposted a couple of his tamer replies below (with privacy violating parts removed), before he edits these as well. If I am the liar he claims me to be, then the truth will be measured by any changes that are made in his replies section. So to run through your review. We only loaded not packed and we loaded the lorry as discussed. If you don't put things where you want them then yes they get put on the lorry! In a hurry - Nope never, The only thing maybe would have been in a hurry to get a cup of tea as none was offered. We unloaded about 3 hours before you came to the house so yes we put things where we presumed you wanted them. You weren't there! I drove your car to the home for free. But no gratitude offered. As for the toilet comment I think i'm to grown up to enter your potty humour comments! You moved from a large bungalow to a tiny bungalow sorry but yes we stack boxes otherwise you'd be moaning about things left outside. To clarify - There is always someone that moans or complains and I hope future customers judge me by these reviews as there are so few. Also it shows we are human, we can't be perfect all the time but as the 210 reviews shows we do get it right 99% of the time! We needed a big heavy piece of equipment moving a short distance . John and his team took on the challenge and completed the task with utmost care, confidence and professionalism.
