Ambiguous feelings

Niche Beauty has a couple of brands I really enjoy that I can’t buy elsewhere. Purchased 3 or 4 times so far and all was good until now. The package was smash-open. The post office staff allowed me to count the items , which I did. I opened the eyeshadow palette to check if it’s broken. It seemed ok so I accepted the package. Later I regretted that as post “smash/crash/hit” consequences may show up later. Anyways, I recommend the store but be warned: always request they put “fragile” stamp/tag on and don’t accept it once the package has been very visibly damaged. I certainly won’t. I wish I could add the photos of the package here but it seems there’s no space for that.

Sehr gute Produkte, schnelle Lieferung. Ich finde es aber sehr schade, dass immer relativ große Kartons verwendet werden, auch wenn die Bestellung klein ist, daher 1 Stern Abzug.

STEALING MONEY

Order number: GE7779271476NL Having seen the negative reviews percentage and read the comments I'm not surprised anymore at the injustice of Niche Beauty. I returned the entire order with all items, including all the necessary paperwork, I also sent photos of everything to customercare at niche-beauty.com. The return gets processed and I get an updated bill. However instead of 0€, Niche Beauty wants to charge me for two items that were part of the return. I contact them thinking it's a mistake. I receive a robotic reply saying the return has been processed and no other explanations. I write to them again stating that you have processed the return wrongly and you are trying to charge me for two items that I sent back. I receive the same answer, it is like talking to a robot or a wall. Makes one wonder if you ARE stupid or PRETEND to be stupid thinking you can avoid addressing the issue. Where are the two items? Has somebody dealing with the return stolen them? Don't you have a surveillance system in place where you yourself can prove what items were returned? You have also not said you received the two items you try to charge me for and that there was something wrong with them. That at least would be more logical and we could investigate further from there. So what's up? Otherwise it's a very comfortable dictatorship position were you can just pretend you didn't receive items and don't have to give proof of anything. No one from your customer care is addressing any of these issues. I have returned items to online stores before and fortunately literally never had any kind of problem before. This is a new situation for me, and since Niche Beauty is either incapable of handling the matter or purposefully playing dumb, I've also contacted customer protection services. Lastly, please don't respond in that stupid generic manner that I've seen you do to previous comments, that only sounds nice but doesn't resolve anything. I'm done with the niceties, the way you reply makes it look as if you don't even read what one writes. As I already told you, get to the bottom of this and get it sorted. --- Update 07.02.2025: Niche Beauty has responded twice, with two completely different replies. One here and one per email. The one here on Trustpilot seems to not understand the issue at all and mixes everything together. I repeat, the problem is order GE7779271476NL. I returned the ENTIRE order, please read the return form as well. Two items are missing, which you are trying to charge me for. I have still not received one reply about WHERE THESE TWO ITEMS ARE. The reply by email goes: 6 Feb 2025, 12:45 ID-15294600 Your order number: GE7779271476NL Thank you for your message. We would like to inform you that some items are still being proccessed. As soon as the return will be fully processed you will be fully refunded. For further questions please don't hesitate to contact us. With kind regards, Martha Ekincioglu Customer Care This is not exactly clear what it means but I hope the outcome is Niche Beauty will finally adjust order GE7779271476NL's end sum to 0€ ("you will be fully refunded"!). I have replied to this email and am waiting for the matter to be resolved. --- Update 13.02.2025: Hallelujah, may justice prevail! After so many stupid useless emails saying the return has been fully processed without any further explanations nor comments, today I receive this email: Customer Services (Niche Beauty) Feb 13, 2025, 10:39 GMT+2 We confirm that a refund has been issued for the remaining items - please allow up to 7 business days for the funds to credit back to your payment method. If for any reason you do not receive the funds after this time, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will investigate this further immediately. Thank you again for choosing to shop with us. Best regards, Charlie Edwards Niche Beauty Customer Service Team How ironic to receive so many automatic emails from different women saying everything was processed correctly, to now receive this email from this Charlie guy and magically my bill has been completely cancelled, fantastic! The mystery remains what happened to the two items, did they finally have a look at one of their surveillance camera footage, did someone from their staff steal the two items? A mystery it remains.

Another returns nightmare

Another returns nightmare - wrong product ordered (so, yes, that's 100% on me) but nowhere on the returns section of the site does it reference the £19.00 return postage fee. Yes, that's correct NINETEEN POUNDS - for a 10ml bottle. I know Amazon has spoiled us all into thinking returns are, if not free, then at least reasonable, but this postage charge is nearly 30% of the cost of the item itself. If firms know they are going to completely stiff you on a return, then the very least they ought to be doing is making these costs clear at the point of sale because, had this been transpatent, there's no way I would have ordered a product from this site. Feeling thoroughly conned.

Ich habe schon so oft bewertet und kann nur immer wieder sagen: für mich die besten Produkte, beste Auswahl. Ab und zu funktioniert zwar die Auswahl des Expressversand nicht, aber das ist nicht der Rede wert. Ich bin von Anbeginn Kundin und immer begeistert.
