A Cult Beauty wannabe, but sadly never will be. I bought some products from this page in October. They had an offer, that when you buy a specific brand's products for a specific price, you get a gift. The photo of the gift on their page was a full size product and on the description they didn't write the size, so from the information I've got ( the full size product in the picture) I assumed that I am going to be gifted a full sized product as a gift. When I got my order the full size product in their site turned out to be a mini size. I wrote them a message with a screenshot of the gift on their website and that I've got only the mini version. They were answering me so long, the time of return period was coming to an end. They took almos 2 weeks to write me back. And they only wrote me, that 'sorry, we added, that it's a mini size on our page after your remark.'. That's it. This was their mistake and they didn't do anything about it. I expected they will send me the full size of the product as a courtesy towards their customer. Anyways, I returned all of my goods just because of this rude behaviour. Never going to buy from them again. Cult Beauty is the best and forever will be. If Cult Beauty is your role model, you should learn some customer service from them.

Achtung Abzocke!! Ich habe alle Artikel bis auf einen aus meiner Bestellung zurückgeschickt jedoch wurden mir knapp 25€ zu wenig erstattet ohne jegliche Info/Begründung. Überlegt euch gut hier zu bestellen.

I've used this website for over a year now, with multiple purchases including the Advent Calendar last year. They are the best beauty website hands down. The value and the swiftness of delivery are exceptional, the product choice, and quality of the gift with purchase are unmatched and the customer service are absolutely incredible. I have had a broken product once, it was replaced immediately, another product was refunded when I wasn't satisfied, and just today is the reason I'm giving a review - I didn't enjoy the experience of a free sample of eye-cream, so they went ahead and sent three large samples in response so I could choose something I preferred, incredible company. I highly recommend.

I placed an order on 30.12.24 and it still hasn't arrived. The package couldn't be delivered because my address wasn't correct on the shipping label. I gave the correct address in my order but somehow they put it wrong on the package. I realised this on the 10.01 because there was no delivery attempt from the local delivery service and started to contact customer care, asking for a replacement delivery. Until now I wrote plenty of emails and talked with them 4 times on the phone, but I still haven't received my order or at least tracking information for it. They didn't offer any kind of refund for all the trouble they caused me and I don't even know if the already payed items will ever arrive. I'm really annoyed by the not helpful customer service, I mean how can this take so long that you let customers wait for a month to hopefully at some point receive the ordered items?!
