Briefkastenfirma???? Ich habe Ware bestellt, deren Lieferung ewig gedauert hat. Dann waren es die falschen Produkte und ich habe eine Mail mit Foto geschickt, um Korrektur und die Übersendung der bestellten Ware gebeten. NICHTS... keine Rückmeldung. Wenn ich die Nummer in Hamburg anrufe, wird mir gesagt, die Nummer sei nicht vergeben... Absoluter Schrott-Service. Kann von einem Kauf nur wärmstens abraten! Ich für meinen Teil werde mir das Geld von Paypal zurückholen. Vielleicht melden die sich ja dann...

Habe Molecule 01 zu Weihnachten geschenkt bekommen, das mein Mann bei Niche Beauty gekauft hat. Entweder ist das gefälschtes Parfüm oder 10 Leute haben Probleme mit dem Geruch. Niemand kann dieses Parfüm (oder Wasser) riechen. Habe den Kundendienst angerufen, die Dame erklärte gelangweilt ich solle eine Mail schreiben. Habe 2 Emails geschrieben, auf eine kam eine Standartantwort das man sich innerhalb 48 Stunden melden werde. Leider natürlich nicht. Schlechter geht Kundenservice nicht! Update: Habe gerade in anderen Bewertungen gelesen, daß noch jemand die Erfahrung gemacht hat mit Molecule 01. Man sollte das Produkt vielleicht mal überprüfen

Très bon site pour tous les parfums de niches, livraison un peu longue mais en période de fête c’est normal, 15% de réduction sur la première commande c’est vraiment rentable comparé à d’autres sites.

I live in the United States and was reviewing a cologne that niche-beauty had on sale. I placed the order and was given tracking information from UPS home delivery. The day the order was to arrive, outside temperatures were -30 degrees Fahrenheit so I took off work to accept the delivery. Well it never showed up and when I called the delivery company they said it had been delivered to my porch and it was nowhere to be found. The next day I discovered the package stuffed in my mailbox too big to close it so the box was left open. When I pulled out and opened the package the cologne had leaked everywhere and it arrived in a plain brown box. Upon contacting niche-beauty I was blown off because I did not have the plain brown box it was shipped in but I do have the product, the package, the wrapping and receipt and they are being jerks because of me disposing of the brown box. All I wanted was a replacement but they do not care about customers. This is the type of company that you should not do business with and you have been warned. Edit: So surprisingly now they all of a sudden want to do something about it, well too late you should have not blown me off in the beginning and just replaced the damaged cologne. They also tried to say that it was not the same business at the same time as saying to send my order number, they know what happened but wanted to give me problems anyway. I do not want anything from this company except to leave this review hoping that a customer will actually be taken care of if they receive a damaged product. I thought the original shipment was coming from UPS but it actually was DHL, since there are no carriers in my area it was transferred to someone else who is unknown and was supposed to deliver it to my house but for some reason thought it would be a good idea to stuff in my mailbox at -34 degrees Fahrenheit.
