I placed two orders in Europe GE7546451203NL and GE7561545567NL nearly three weeks ago and im still waiting for the arrival. Ome of the items were christmas presents and today being the 24th, i have not received them. Yesterday when trying to get a reply from them they said that the delivery couldnt happen because i wasnt at home. I can assure you i was at home as i am very pregnant and cant move around much, we also have a porter in the building. They lie to get past the problems instead of fixing it. Very disappointed with this company that is meant to be German.

Tutto perfetto. Brand in sconto che non si trovano altrove. Spedizione velocissima e imballo sicuro. Ho già acquistato altre volte e mi sono sempre trovata benissimo.

War aufgrund der vielen negativen Bewertungen zunächst skeptisch. Allerdings hat alles funktioniert, Ware wie beschrieben, Gratisproben und innerhalb von 2 Tagen kam das Paket an. Das Problem scheint wohl hauptsächlich der Support/Retoure zu sein, da ich damit allerdings keinen Kontakt hatte, von mir 5/5 Sterne. Danke

It’s been over a month and, still waiting to hear back from the customer service on my order (GE7141577665NL) which was not delivered to me and was sent back to Niche Beauty. I’ve been trying to resolve this, filled out a special form for DHL god knows why, and I still don’t know what the next steps are. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
