Die Lieferung kam schnell

Positiv: schneller Versand Negativ: Das bestellte Molecule 01 Parfüm ist gelb verfärbt (normal transparent) und riecht weder an mir, noch an sonst wem nach irgendwas. Entweder handelt es sich um eine Fälschung oder es ist einfach abgelaufen. Der Kundenkontakt äußert sich nicht auf meine Mail die ich am 27.12. geschrieben hab.

I ordered an item that was never delivered, with Niche saying the payment did not go through. However, money has been withdrawn, I sent them a screenshot. I have now chased them for nearly a month on email and phone and just getting the same standard “we are investigating, be patient” emails back. They have also requested I get in touch with their third party fulfillment company but provided me contact details to them that did not work. I do not think it’s my job to speak to their third party partners, but they should just make sure they smoothly refund me the money they’ve taken from me since they haven’t delivered a product. It’s their job to then sort out their internal systems. Terrible customer service. Starting to think this is a fake company. Do not recommend! DO NOT RECOMMEND. Firstly, I’ve ordered something off their page (21.12.2024), finding out that it won’t get by Christmas, I, on the same day, shortly after the order confirmation mail, I’ve sent them an email regarding the problem, telling them to cancel it. I’ve sent them a number of 6 e-mails. I’ve sent them a message also on instagram. No one answered. Only today. On the 29th of the month that they can’t cancel my order, and that i should be the one to send it back to them, I am from Romania, sending the product back to them means I will spend more money on the product return than on the product itself. The customer service is very bad, almost inexistent. I DIDN’T EVEN GET AN EMAIL UPDATE ON MY ORDER WITH A CODE FOR TRACKING THE SHIPMENT. Don’t recommend them at all.
