We are also had a conversation with a DHL service yesterday and we asked to open a practice of missed item. I sent the photos to Nina Peterson the same day I received the assistance email. Since there, no more answer. I am asking u to contact me immediately to the: “ matildalyssa\At\yandex\com” and finally take a look at the pictures of a box, and the only several samples I received. My husband has 13 th of November his jubilee and I had to look up for a new present instead of that one I ve correctly payed and never received!!!!

My last order from 2.10.2024. was sent to wrong adress by their mistake. I have never received this order and I have been sending emails to Customer service for weeks now. They are very slow with replies and didn't appologise even I have proof that this is their mistake. I demanded my money back, they just sent my mail to different department. Now I claimed this at Pay Pal and hope that it will be resolved. Poor service!
