This is the follow up to my review. My issue was resolved - the company sent me a shipping label that was free of charge and I got my money back for the item I returned due to receiving it in a wrong colour. As for the samples and other things I had mentioned before, there was no option of choosing them while I was making the order and there still is the misleading information of "free returns" in the footer. 2 weeks ago I made on order with Niche Beauty. I ordered 3 items of Westmann Atelier brand, of which 2 were sent correctly, but one item- a powder - was not a colour that I had ordered: I received colour "cafe" instead of "creme" - cafe is for deepest skintones, whilst my skintone is fair/light. The outer box indeed said "creme" though, so I suspect I received a product that might had been previously returned by another customer in a wrong box. Anyway, I wrote to Niche Beauty about it but got no reply within the time I should have. I then tried to phone the number "for urgent matters" but I gave up after 9 or 10 times of calling (within 2 days) becuse each time I was disconnected after a couple of seconds of listening to music - not once anybody answered my call. I decided to just return the powder instead of asking for an exchange and order it directly from WA. I followed their online instructions that forwarded me to the Returns Portal, only to discover that they will deduct almost 20€ off my reimbursment for the powder as a return fee (apparently it's a "negotiated dhl price"), even though it is they who sent me the wrong item! What is kinda outrageous is that their footer right below the "returns" instructions says: FREE RETURNS! (I did make all printscreens necessary to file a formal complaint at German consumer Office, so it is a shame I cannot upload them here. BTW, it is the same with your "2 free samples" - I got none, but that's just a cherry on top it. Afer my next e-mail I did get a reply asking me for photos (sent them immediately) and then informing that they forwarded my e-mail to somebody else and it might take severeal days to just get a reply. I will be sending the powder on Monday at my own expense because I will not wait for however long to just get a reply. I will make updates on how it will have worked out for me but I just want to warn you that if anything goes awry with your order, you are about to spend lots of time and effort to even get a reply and will likely be made to pay the return fee even if it is the shop that made a mistake.

J'ai retourné une commande début février. J'ai reçu un avis de remboursement le 19/02 mais nous sommes le 20/03 et je n'ai toujours pas reçu le remboursement. Les échanges emails sont stériles, ils ne répondent pas aux questions quand ils se décident à répondre et sont injoignables. Cette entreprise offre un très mauvais service client. A ce jour, je ne suis toujours pas sûre d'être remboursée alors que le colis a bien été retourné et réceptionné début Février chez eux. C'est inadmissible.
