Als langjährige und treue niche beauty Kundin bin ich sehr begeistert von dem einzigartigen Produktportfolio und der redaktionellen Inszenierung des Sortiments. Beides inspiriert mich immer wieder zum Kauf. Weniger überzeugend ist der Kundenservice. Die Beantwortung dauert viel zu lange, häufig über 48h und auch die Information über die Versendung und das Eintreffen der Ware dauert im Wettbewerbsvergleich zu lange. Eine jüngste Erfahrung hat mich allerdings maximal verärgert. Ich habe auf einer Reise durch Frankreich Ware über den Log-in meines Kundenkontos bestellt, so dass auch meine Heimatadresse in Deutschland als Zieladresse angegeben wurde. Wie sich nach über zwei Wochen rausstellt, wurde die Ware aber nach Frankreich geschickt, wo sie seit Tagen quasi ziellos umherirrt. Meine Reklamation per email blieb auch nach zwei Tagen unbeantwortet. Bei einer heutigen telefonischen Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Kundenservice wurde mir in sehr lapidarer Form mitgeteilt, dass der Fehler bei mir läge, denn wenn ich in einem anderen Land bestellen würde, wäre dieses automatisches Zielland. Ehrlich gesagt finde ich diese Erklärung nicht plausibel, da in meinem Account immer noch meine Adresse als Zieladresse angegeben wird. Es muss ein Art Bug in der Geozuordnung sein. Ich finde die Reaktion seitens niche-beauty sehr befremdlich. Man sagte mir ich solle warten, bis die Ware irgendwann zurück bei niche beauty Deutschland eintrifft, dann bekäme ich eine Rückerstattung und könne neu bestellen. Auf meine Frage, wie ich denn den Voucher mit dem ich die Ware eingekauft hatte, gutgeschrieben bekäme, verwies die Dame am Telefon nur auf eine erneute schriftliche Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Kundenservice. Diese Art von Kundenservice Ping Pong entspricht nicht meinen Erwartungen an einen führenden Luxus-Online Versender.

I have used this website a few times and find the customer service so slow to respond to any issues I might have. The first was a few months ago when I was charged for taxes that I was assured at the point of sale would not be added. It took a very months for this to be resolved and even when it was I was refunded the incorrect amount. Secondly, I purchased a face mist for over £70 that promised to calm my skin and the ingredients list was extremely good. I’m extremely sensitive to alcohol but this was not on the ingredients. When I received the product I used it just once and immediately reacted to the mist with red inflamed skin. I checked the ingredients on the box and was shocked to see that the third ingredient was alcohol (denatured). I immediately contacted the company via email as I wanted them to be aware of this mistake so no one else bought this product under false pretences. They didn’t reply to me for a few weeks but in that time they changed the ingredients on the website, which meant they had seen my email. Over the past three months I’ve had two emails explaining they are dealing with my issue!!!! These emails were only sent after I’d sent several emails myself asking to be acknowledged. I am convinced now that they are hoping I will just disappear and stop messaging them if they ignore me for long enough. I have a product I can’t use and no apology. I haven’t even asked for a refund but would just like to be treated with respect. I will no longer order for this company as I feel I’ve given them more than enough time to respond in a caring and positive manner. Sorry for rant, but needed to offload as well as warn others. UPDATE: I received an email today explaining that they were sorry for any inconvenience caused but the ingredient alcohol is clearly marked on the website and told me to see attached photo of said ingredient list!!! As you may imagine I was completely floored by this latest effort by Niche customer service. The person who had replied to my email had not spent any time looking at the previous emails or she would see that I was the one who informed the company of the mistake and that was why it is now listed. I decided to reply and explain this and also called customer services which only gave the option of leaving a message. Moral of the story, dont expect any kind of customer care from this company. I don’t usually leave reviews like this but I’ve never experienced this kind of disregard from a company before. I’ve spent a lot of money with them and all I expect in return is a timely, respectful response.

Amazing products so far! I tried the clinal vitamin a, the ceramide treatment and the pure glycerin face. The only thing that disappointed me a little were the taxes I had to pay after the parcel had arrived. This isn’t uncommon because I live in Switzerland however, usually it only happens when you order something from the US. If I had known in advance I would have ordered in bulk such as to avoid future taxes (I don’t think they were proportional as they were 1/3 of the price i paid) or chosen a german parcel station as my address.
