Slechte producten en service - Oplichters!
Ik heb een klacht ingediend via hun website omdat het ontvangen product beschadigd was, namelijk het flesje wat ik ontangen heb was half leeg en zag niet zoals de foto op hun website. Ik heb de aankop op 22/03/24 gedaan en nog niks teruggehoord. Heel slecht bedrijf. Ook heb ik geprobeerd hun direct te mailen naar infoniche-beauty.com en fotos op te sturen maar geen reactie. Oplichters!

I waited a week on my package and received the wrong Lipbalm. I really don’t know what to do now. I received “sense” while I ordered “trace”. Incorrect item, no refund
Ordered an expensive stick on bra for my wedding and was sent the wrong size. When I emailed to inform the team of this they denied that the item was wrong and mixed up the shade and size numbering. Had to reorder from another shop at the very last minute for my wedding and have wasted £45 that Niche won’t refund on the incorrect item.

( BESTELLNR: HRGIE1636185 ) Bevor ich bei Niche bestellt habe, habe ich mich telefonisch informiert, ob die Ware innerhalb des gewünschten Zeitrahmens ankommt, da ich die bestellte Sachen als Geschenk gebraucht habe. Den Kundenservice habe ich ohne Probleme erreicht. Ich wurde am Telefon sehr nett beraten auch die gewünschte Lieferzeit wurde berücksichtigt. Mein Paket kam sogar zwei Tage früher als erwartet an. Herzlichen Dank für die schnelle Lieferung, tolle Ware, gute Preise und den netten Kundenservice! Ich werde auf jeden Fall Kunde bleiben, ein paar Freunde von mir bringe ich als Kunden mit! Order was placed 23 of march and at 8 of April still not shipped. At 3 of April have a contact with support, they replied: “… confirm that your order has been successfully received and will be prepared in the next few hours. During promotional periods, delivery times may be affected…” Few hours become at least 5 days extra and now they are doesn’t respond to emails. Better to buy their product not directly. 09.04 update: support contacted me and told parcel was lost at transit, get offer to duplicate my order and will be shipped out today (9 of April) 11.04 update: still not shipped, no more details provided.

I ordered two items and payed 180 euro's on the 22 of March, the package is not delivered yet!!!! I wrote 5 mails, to which they only responded to one, to the other's they didnt even bother to send me a reply!!!!! This is outrages!!!! Im very sorry i didnt read the review's before ordering from this site. I want to know where my products are or just give me back my money!!!!!!! Such an awuful experience!!!!
