We used this company for conveyancing when selling a property. The platform used made it easy to upload any necessary documentation and to see what we still needed to do. We were assigned a contact at the company, Beth Rebhan, who would send us emails with any queries and most of the time answer our queries promptly. The only issue I found was when Beth Rebhan had days off, then nobody appeared to pick up our emails and we then resent our emails when Beth was back.

Swiitch was recommended to us by the estate agent we used to sell our late mother's property. At first I was a bit sceptical about what it would be like dealing with a firm that was not local to us but I have to say that everything progressed smoothly. When our buyers asked for a completion date before Christmas at short notice, our paralegal Beth Wheeler did everything to make it happen and was always prompt to respond to emails or calls. I would have no hesitation in using again.

I could not recommend Switch highly enough, Craig Hinks and the team kept me informed all the way through the sale of my house. One of the things that was particularly refreshing was that the phone was always picked up, if Craig was unavailable one of the team would pick and pass on any messages which were always responded to. All in all they made a stressful process (due to the other side) bearable and I would be more than happy to use their services again should the need arise.
