From start to finish our case handler Leanne has been available 24/7. As first time buyer we had a lot of nerves and I had called more times than I can remember but Leanne was always happy to help and answer any questions we had. Buying a house has a lot of red tape and many hoops to jump through which can hold up the process but we completed within 3 months over the Xmas period.
