The level of service received by Shoosmiths was exceptional! We were up against very tight timescale due to pressure from our sellers developers. I had trouble finding a solicitor to take me on with my purchase of a leasehold, however I went to Swiitch via recommendation from the estate agents and they have been very good. They got me in touch with Oli Haley and Maryam Arif. Communication has been excellent, whenever I have contacted by email I receive a response within a day. I had contacted a string of questions regarding my purchase and they called and ran me through all the points so I was on the same page of the book. My purchase is still under way however I could not fault the solicitors and paralegals I have been provided with. The process has been slightly slowed down by the sellers solicitors however when I've contacted for any check ins they were already following up. Would easily recommend!
