I received a canvas print that was not straight, the canvas had been stretched in a crooked manner, when I rang to tell Canvas Factory they said they would replace it no worries at all, I just had to send a photo of the crooked print which I did and the canvas was replaced which I am very grateful for, thanks Canvas Factory.

Well packed and survived the transport and storeage. Just opened our largest size family photo on Canvas. The clarity is superb. Size perfect to replace last photo printed on canvas 5 years ago.

Usually I'm really happy with everything I order from your store. However last time I received a Canvas of mount Elephant it was scuffed around the edges and corners. It was poor form as I paid for the quality check as always. I've been extremely time poor and haven't had a moment with harvest etc and working as a transport logistics manager. I'm really disappointed with It
