Great product and fast delivery

It was perfect. Exactly what we ordered

I ordered a canvas from Canvas Factory on January 16 for a conference event on February 6. Having used Canvas Factory multiple times before, I expected the artwork to arrive within 1–2 weeks as it had in the past. When it hadn’t arrived within that timeframe, I contacted the company, explaining the urgency of my order. I was informed that it had been sent after my inquiry, but no one could provide a specific delivery date. Due to the uncertainty, I had to purchase artwork from another company that could deliver within two days. Given the circumstances, I would appreciate a reimbursement for this order.

Paid express...took much longer for delivery than advertised

Ordering was super easy, really liked the way I could get my picture correctly positioned etc. delivery was quick and the quality of the print on canvas way way better than expected.
