Over the past couple of years I have had a number of canvases printed by Canvas Factory and have always been happy with the product (bearing in mind it does depend on the quality of the photographs on the files I submit). With my last order I had an issue, not with the quality of the output but with minor damage during transit. I pointed this out to Canvas Factory, supplying them with photographic evidence, and had a replacement arrive, in perfect condition, within 2 weeks.
