Again really poor service and communication. I explicitly asked for the parcel to be left in a designated safe area and this was documented on the order. Regrettably your company wasn’t professional enough to convey these ime collecting from a third party and having to dismantle the packaging in the street to fit the canvas in my car. Definitely require a partial refund as compensation for this oversight.

I have been using Canvas Factory for years now and have never had a problem. I live in a remote Torres Strait location which many companies will not deliver to. Canvas Factory products have never let me down. Easy to order, well priced, top quality and prompt delivery.

Great price for the canvas prints. Easy to order online. I could track the postage. Australia Post gave me a delivery time window on the day of arrival. Had to contact customer service re a problem with one of the prints (my fault). Mayo the Lead Designer, was incredibly helpful and my order was reprinted. I have now ordered about 10 canvas prints of various sizes over the last few months and cannot fault the Canvas Factory.
