Ordering was easy, really. Quite pleased with my print, it looks good. Wish there had been a wire or something to hang it, had to go and purchase materials then learn how to put that onto the frame.

I ordered two canvases. One arrived perfect but the other wasn't sitting properly on the frame. This was replaced by Canvas Factory quickly and without any fuss. Excellent service.

The order process was good, would be perfect if there was a option to re-order a purchase I had made previously. Would happily use them again
