I spoke with Gelou! This man was so awesome and installed words of affirmation into me. He help me come up with solutions and options I can take to get back on track. I never had someone in customer service takes the time to go above and beyond to make sure the customer feels important by the end of a call. We need more agents like him. I was feeling really low and he brought light and hope to my concerns.
