It’s now been 14 days since I’ve had hot water. I’ve had this matter escalate twice. It seems the staff is more concerned about a good review than actually making sure the residents are getting helped. Worst rental experience ever.

i think the customer service is ok
i think the customer service is ok, however a little more human touch is needed. I often felt i spoke to robots with the repeated disclosure said to me as a first time resident. I needed them to attend to my urgent situation and it made it an annoying experience.
