I spoke with Bella and she addressed my concern courteously and quickly.

The lady I spoke to on the phone was very nice and helpful. But the process to self tour a home is overly complicated. First, I set up the tour on Apartments.com, however I didn't realize until I got an email this morning that that wasn't actual confirmation of setting up the tour. They didn't mention I needed to go to the website to set up the tour. Something on Apartments.com stating you can't set up a tour through that website, but need to go through First Key's website would be helpful. Then, once I went through the credit and background check and paid the fee, the next page showing my credit score isn't mobile friendly and I couldn't navigate the page to make sure my tour was scheduled. That's when I called to make sure that I actually had a tour to go to. This process is overly complicated and not very user friendly.
