Highly disappointed
Highly disappointed! I ordered the bracelets my my husband and I a month ago and still haven’t received my order! They sure did take the money for it!

Just OK. Pay attention to the prices.
Pros: good selection of products, fast shipping and easy shopping/checkout experience. Cons: Way overpriced. The things that I have purchased were marked up considerably and it's much less expensive to take your hsa card and purchase the items at the store. For instance, a 44ct pack of overnight training pants is $44.99 on the HSA site. Same brand, size, and count is $29.99 at Target, Walmart and other stores. Honestly feels like I'm wasting money using the funds in the HSA store -- you get a better bang for your buck by purchasing items elsewhere, at least for the items I buy.

J’ai commandé une paire de nike Jordan le 24 octobre à ce jour je n’ai aucune nouvelle, impossible d’aller sur mon compte, aucune réponse à mes mails, mp sur Instagram et sur whatsapp rien ! Silence radio ! Évidemment j’ai été débité le jour même ! Le montant dépasse les 200€ 😡 J’espère avoir une réponse et le remboursement !
I came across the HSA online store
I came across the HSA online store, looked extensively, then decided to try an order. I'm pregnant and was relying on the items. Once my order was placed I got a confirmation email. Everything said 5-7 business days to ship. I waited 7 days (checking my email and account), no emails ever sent and nothing changed on my account. I decided to use the chat to ask about it. I was told that my order was flagged for fraud and canceled. With every question, I kept getting "I know how disappointing it must be to have your order canceled". Finally I said, "that doesn't state why my order was flagged as fraud". The answer I got? To call. So I'm done with the site. Some people may have good experience, but that doesn't seem to go for me. Nor was it helpful trying to ask.
CHECK EXPIRY DATES when you receive your items. If they are close to expiry, contact HSA. Don't let them get away with selling almost expired items.
Or better yet... Order from a diffent store! Be very careful with this store. I purchased enough of a product to last about 2 years. Found out that these items expired after 4 months of receiving. When I realized, I contacted them. They refused to do anything for me because it was past their 30 day policy. In my opinion that is very dishonest. Clearly this store tries to sell items close to expiry and hope people do not notice.
Don’t bother with the “Perks” rewards scam
Don’t bother with the “Perks” rewards program.. in order to actually redeem your points, you have to build them up to earn a reward… but the points expire after only 180 days/ 6 months.. what’s the point?? Why create a points savings program where you can’t actually SAVE up the points?? You would literally have to spend at least $350 and then purchase something else within 5 months just to save $10. If you are spending that much, that often, on this site, you don’t need to save $10. It’s just a scam to get you to spend more and not save any money.
Wasteful Company & Terrible Customer Service
I was told that in order to get my perks points for the $600 order I made this morning (not even 12 hours ago) I would need to return the box the HSA Store just shipped out (I got a tracking number this evening so the box is on its way), then create a loyalty perks account, reorder the same items, and have these items reshipped to me just to get my points! What a waste of resources & terrible customer service! This issue could & should have been fixed with a few clicks on a computer. Such a shame. :( I have screen shots of the conversation to verify this review.

I just bought a stethescope but I asked to return they gave me return number but Said they well review to approve return however they never issue return label. I emailed them and chatted with them few times and promise to email me return label but never done so. they keep lying. this the worst experience do not use them.
Really bad customer service
Really bad customer service. Took 1 month and 3 phone calls to get a refund for a return. Will not shop here again.
Don't buy here
I purchased two pairs of bi-focals, one from a different website. I wore those while talking to these clowns about why it is taking so long to get my glasses. When they finally arrived the lens kept falling off. Worse part, I paid expedite fee for this. It is Dec 13, almost a month and no glasses. Buy elsewhere! But wait! There’s more! They repaired my glasses. And when I got them back, the other lens did same thing and was loose bouncing around in the case. So they checked the one that was defective but didn’t check the second one. Never again.
